God my anchor

God my anchor
Scripture tells us, Hebrews 6:18, " 18 God did this so that, by two unchangeable things in which it is impossible for God to lie, we who have fled to take hold of the hope set before us may be greatly encouraged. 19 We have this hope as an anchor for the soul, firm and secure. It enters the inner sanctuary behind the curtain, 20 where our forerunner, Jesus, has entered on our behalf.
What will keep your soul in the right place, what will make you overcome the challenges, to achieve your dreams is when you need to be anchored to hope in Christ Jesus.

What tranquility and how much peace we feel when we realize that the Lord Jesus Christ is in control and care of us. It is a joy to feel that we are not unprotected. The Word of God is the only one that comforts us in times of difficulty, in which we can rest and rest fully by faith.
"The angel of the Lord encamps around those who fear Him, and defends them." Psalm 34: 7

That means no matter what you face, no matter how big the obstacle, no matter how long you are taking, you know that God is still on the throne. You know that His plans for you are for good, that He is greater than any obstacle, that His favor is around you.

"God is our refuge and strength, our help in trouble." Psalm 46: 1

When you are anchored in this hope, nothing can move you. The winds, the waves, the storms can come but you are not worried, you have your anchor down.

There will always be something trying to get us the anchor of hope: bad pauses, delays, disappointments. In these difficult times, when life does not make sense, when your prayers have

not been answered as fast as you would like, it is easy to throw in the towel and give up, but you have to make sure to keep your anchor down and hope in the Lord .

"Lord is my light and my salvation; Whom shall I fear? The Lord is the strength of my life; Of whom shall I be afraid? Psalm 27: 1

"Fear not, for I am with you; Do not be dismayed, for I am your God who strives for you; I will always help you, I will always uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness. "Isaiah 41:10

When you have your hope in Him, the scripture says that you will never be disappointed. You may have some temporary setbacks, but when all is said and done, you will turn out better than you were before if you do not give up your hope!

We do not have to work out our plans, make them happen in our own strength, I do not know what you're going to face this week. You neither. But I can tell you what God wants you to do: leave and understand. Leave Him control and understand that God is in control. Leave and understand! This is the first step to having serenity in your life.

Pray: I repent of my sins. I believe that Jesus Christ died for my sins, that He rose again on the third day and lives forever. I believe that Jesus is the Son of God. I open the door of my heart and my life, and receive it as my Savior.
